No weight loss this week lol but also no weight GAIN! so im pretty okay with that. i ate pretty well but i didnt work out very much... (school...). only 2 more weeks till summer so thats when the REAL weight loss begins! but anyways last nite was horrible because i hate 2 days worth of food. so today im gonna try to stay under 1000cals total while working out twice today (60min walk and 50min circuit training and maybe more if im up to it).
that is all... hopefully by this coming friday ill be 142.9 or something. :)
